About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Analytics professional to build advanced reports, dashboards, and integrations. You’ll help bring together data from various systems, improve processes, and ensure secure, accurate data delivery to our stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Workday Prism reports, dashboards, and solutions.

  • Integrate external data into Workday Prism for reporting and analytics needs.

  • Identify and drive improvements in reporting, integration, and data processes.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with privacy and cybersecurity standards.

  • Provide support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users.

  • Lead discovery meetings to gather reporting and integration requirements.

  • Document all processes, customizations, and workflows.

  • Support integration projects using APIs, Cloud Connect, EIB, Studio, and more.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Monitor and resolve any reporting or integration issues quickly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • 3+ years of experience creating HR, Benefits, and Payroll reports and dashboards.

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Prism and integrations.

  • Knowledge of various Workday modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Proficient with Office 365 and advanced Excel skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

 

Preferred:

  • Workday certifications (especially Integration, Prism, or Pro).

  • Experience with Workday Extend and Security.

  • Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT).
